If you have received your orders to PCS to Germany, or you’ve just arrived as a newcomer here, trying to get all your utilities, phone & internet setup can be quite challenging and also take time when you don’t speak the local language or know your way around. Your sponsors and friends may even be telling you how stressful and frustrating it was having to travel to the different providers and either finding out that they were closed or the person behind the counter didn’t know exactly what they wanted, so set them up on the wrong tariff.
We understand that when you arrive at a new installation, you have lots of incoming briefs to attend, tests & exams to concentrate on and the concern that your family are also settling in well. We are here to make your transition smoother and easier.
Instead of visiting every office to register your utilities, setup your phone & internet and anything else you might need to do, we offer you that one point of contact to get everything setup.
